ASME SA192 Carbon Steel Fin Tube Serrated With CS Fin Strip For Economizer And Heat Recovery


This high-efficiency heat exchange component is specifically engineered for boiler economizers and industrial waste heat recovery systems. It utilizes ASME SA192 carbon steel as the base tube material, the carbon steel fin strip is helically wound and securely welded onto the outer surface of the base tube through high-frequency welding process, forming distinctive serrated fin geometry.

This unique design effectively disrupts fluid boundary layers, enhances turbulence, and significantly improves heat transfer efficiency (20%-30% higher than smooth fins). The product is particularly suitable for harsh operating conditions including high-temperature/pressure environments and dusty flue gas applications in coal-fired boilers, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), and petrochemical plants, ensuring both energy efficiency improvement and long-term operational reliability.
